2002-05-05 - 2:37 a.m. Marvin awoke with a start His room full of light The walls semi-transparent There was something not right. He swiftly sat up And noticed with dread That several small aliens Surrounded his bed. "Why are you here?" Asked Marvin, uneasy. He wanted to know He was nervous and queasy. But the beings said nothing They merely advanced Upon poor old Marvin Who soiled his pants. A light beam came down Marvin screamed like a girl Then he rose quickly up In the air with a whirl. Up, up and away Marvin rose through the night Up to the large ship His friends used for their flight. His ascent ended roughly He fell with a thump To the floor of the craft And his head got a lump. Marvin blacked-out Then awoke some time later Strapped to a table Above a large crater. He was blinded by light Then the buzzing began It looked like experiments Were part of the plan. Marvin was prodded Marvin was poked Marvin had surgery But no skin was broke. The tweakings were finished By early next morn And above that large crater A new man was born. Marvin then was returned To his previous bed Where this entire encounter Was swept from his head. A few hours later Poor Marvin came 'round To find he'd been changed Into a damn clown. i hate clowns. especially when they do that popping-out-of-your-chest thingy. charon tried to trick me into letting him do that once. he told me he was a certified cardiologist, but he was wearing greasepaint, so i knew what he was up to. damn newt.
